- This is quite an exciting service and with only a once-off admin fee payable is certainly affordable. It will open up an additional revenue stream for me, as potential clients can phone me for advice and I know the billing is handled for me. The fact that I will be listed on the Prodial website for consumers to find me is an added bonus.

- This service gives me an additional option. Especially when it comes to my IT requirements. Sometimes there are little bugs on my computer that the IT guy doesn’t fix properly and I don’t want to keep asking them to come out because it costs me quite a bit. It would really be great to be able to phone someone that could take me through this telephonically.
